Free delivery, continental U.S. Packed and dispatched in 1–4 business days (we ship Monday–Wednesday so plants don't sit in transit over a weekend); standard transit is then typically 3–7 business days. Heat packs are not included automatically — for cold-weather deliveries (below about 45°F at the destination) add Winter Plant Shipping Protection to your order. In extreme heat or cold we may hold your order until it is safe to ship, and will let you know. Shipping details
Bring the coast of South Africa to your windowsill with the Blue Chalk Stick (Senecio serpens), a hardy succulent prized for its striking blue-green, finger-like foliage. Its cool, silvery tones add texture and color contrast to any collection, and its low-maintenance nature makes it a favorite for both new and seasoned plant lovers.
Easy-Care Sun Lover
This succulent thrives in bright, direct sunlight, so place it in front of your brightest window. Once established, it's highly drought-tolerant and only needs watering every few weeks during the growing season. For newer plants, water once a week to help them settle in. With time, Blue Chalk Stick can grow up to 12" tall and spread as wide as 2', making it a lovely ground-hugging or container accent.
