At Florida Plant, your satisfaction is our priority. Because we ship live plants and perishable goods, please read our refund policy carefully.

Live Plants — Arrival Guarantee

All live plants are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy. If your plant arrives dead, severely damaged, or significantly different from what was described, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

To qualify, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the plant and packaging
  • Email us at info@shopfloridaplant.com with your order number

Non-Perishable Items

For pots, accessories, and non-plant items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once your return or claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Plants that have been neglected, overwatered, or exposed to extreme conditions after delivery
  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us at info@shopfloridaplant.com.
