Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

We charge weight-based shipping rates for all orders within the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or international addresses.

Orders ship from Florida and California, USA.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–4 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors outside our control.

Live Plant Shipping

Live plants are packaged with care to survive transit. We ship plants Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays in transit that could harm them. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for live plant orders.

During extreme weather (heat above 95°F or freezing temperatures), we may hold shipments to protect your plants. We will notify you if this affects your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@shopfloridaplant.com with your order number and photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and reship or refund your order.

International Shipping

At this time we do not ship outside the continental United States.
