Shipping & frequency

Boxes ship once a month to addresses in the continental United States. Plants ship from Florida or California, carefully packed for transit, and every shipment is covered by our 48-hour healthy-arrival guarantee — if a plant doesn't arrive in good condition, email photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll refund or replace it.

Beginner & pet-friendly options

New to houseplants? Pair your subscription with our easy-care plants and low-light plants for forgiving picks. If you share your home with cats or dogs, browse our pet-friendly plants, chosen using the ASPCA non-toxic list, and tell us your preferences so we can keep your box pet-conscious.
