Your plant is grown in Florida, carefully packed to protect its roots and foliage, and shipped — usually within 1–4 business days, early in the week so it doesn't sit in transit over a weekend. You'll receive tracking once it's on the way.

What if my plant arrives damaged?

Every order is backed by our 48-hour live-arrival guarantee. If your plant arrives with a serious issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and packaging and we'll help make it right.

Do you ship in cold weather?

Tropical plants don't like freezing temperatures. During colder months we watch timing and routes closely; if your area is having a hard freeze or cold snap, contact us before ordering and we'll advise on the safest time to ship.

Will my plant look exactly like the photos?

Each plant is unique, so the exact size, shape, leaf count and variegation will vary from the photos shown. You'll receive a healthy plant comparable to those pictured.
